 student is able to                    assess clients’ needs, rights and obligations embedded in the different situations,

                                       apply various ethical approaches, theories and concepts in real life situations,

                                       discuss the relationship between law and ethics in the context of modern welfare
                                       provision,

                                       argue for social and societal changes in order to improve the position of oppressed
                                       groups,

                                       develop debating and negotiation skills in order to implement ethical actions,

                                       deepen his/her perceptions about ethical decision making together with the nurse alumni
