 Osaamistavoitteet                     See "Opintojakson suoritettuaan opiskelija osaa". OWN PATIENT- project
                                       OBJECTIVES: Already in the beginning of the studies, the students will have a contact
                                       with real patients / clients. The students will develop a positive attitude to the care of the
                                       elderly Motivation to the studies, and a starting point for professional growth.
                                       Investigative approach to nursing and development (LbD) The students, teachers and
                                       working life partners learn about different cultures and English / Finnish language. The
                                       students are able to work in a project and in a team.
 Keskeinen sisältö                     Orientation to the Study unit. Independent meetings of small groups. Working on the
                                       wards during Own Patient -project days (3 days) weeks 45-47. Drawing up the project
                                        plan and report. Conclusion of the Own Patient- project: presentation of the
                                       assignments.
