Osaamistavoitteet Students will be able to work in multicultural team and environment, plan and establish
an event, understand different cultures and manage diversity.
Keskeinen sisältö The competence gained in the study unit is an understanding of the role of public
relations in multicultural environment. Through theory and practice students will
understand the meaning of the value creation and service concepts in the multicultural
service sector. Specific skills are provided in the study unit to arrange events, to
understand the variation between the cultures and to communicate professionally.
