 Previous studies
Previous studies, more information Service design process and methods.Students planning to enrol to this course should be
willing to learn and use tools for creating digital prototypes of service concepts (ex:
                                       Axure).
Learning objectives During this course students will learn how to apply service design methods and tools in
the development of digital service concepts. During the process students will learn how
to model digital service concepts and how to create digital prototypes using appropriate
                                       tools.
Contents ● Service design in a digital context
