 Learning objectives                   This study unit is aimed at those French-speaking exchange or degreestudents who have
                                       already begun or who are beginning their Finnish language studies. Tandem language
                                       learning can be defined as a form of language learning where two people with different
                                       native languages work together in pairs in order to learn more about each other's
                                       characters and culture, help each other to improve their language skills and exchange
                                       knowledge.
 Contents                              The language tandem includes meetings between the students,meetings between the
                                       students and the tutor and a report or learning diary about the meetings in French.
                                       The reports or learning diaries discuss customs, culture and cultural differences,
                                       differences in native languages, your own language learning process during the tandem,
                                       studying in Finland/ the exchange student's home country.
