Objective and Content
The student will be introduced to the theory of teaching physical education, and instructing groups in various kinds of physical exercise. The study unit will cover planning, leading and analysing physical exercise sessions and instructional sessions. The main themes of the study unit are principles of teaching that should include instruction, interaction, motivation and activation.
