Objectives and Content
The course will provide the students with the basics of Finnish food culture and knowledge of the variations between the different regions. Not only do the regions, due to the large size of Finland, make a difference in food products but also the changes in temperature. The course will help students to understand the living in Finland and Finnish food culture.
