Objective and content:
The student
- becomes familiar with various psychological and sociological life-span theories.
- realizes the meaning of the interaction process and culture in the development process of the human being.
- learns about different viewpoints regarding the nature of human beings, and education and parenting and reflects and analyses his/her personal views in relation to these
- develops skills in supporting the growth process of individuals of different ages.
- focuses on contents including psychological, social psychological and sociological views on childhood, youth, adulthood, old age, as well as different parenting styles, different conceptions / views on the nature of human beings, and the concept of generations.
