Osaamistavoitteet Students understand their own role in promoting well-being in service sector. The
students identify means of developing health and well-being and find suitable ways to
transmitting this knowledge in service sector to the staff and the customers.

Ohjaus ja viestintä Working during the study unit is based on interaction and cooperation. Most important
ommunication channel is Optima.
