Objective and content
The student:
•Learns how to meet with clients of different ages and from various backgrounds.
•Gains an understanding of the different aspects affecting the professional interaction.
•Develops a client-based working style.
•Learns to work in multidisciplinary work-teams.
•understands theories on interaction processes, as well as the basics of interpersonal communication
•becomes familiar with the basic techniques of professional interviewing (active listening skills, open-ended questions, conclusions)
