Objective and content:
The student
- becomes familiar with the theoretical background of project work
- learns the competence of planning, implementing, and evaluating a project of their own to promote the empowerment and welfare of various community groups
- learns about different models of project work, as well as the roles and competences of participants in project work
- understands the challenges of working as a part of a project team and learns the skills of networking, cooperation, and compromise
- gains practical experience in implementing project work methods.
