Objective and content:
The student
- understands the meaning of work in a societal context
- is able to analyse factors which influence the welfare of individuals and different work communities such as the working environment and different ways of supporting work capability
- becomes familiar with labour protection, occupational health, personnel and economical administration
- focuses on the contents of the sociology and psychology of work, professional ethics, occupational safety and health, personnel and economical administration, and stress management.
