Objective and content:
The student
- gains competence in the analysis and development of his / her own work as well as of the working community
- understands the importance of Human Resource Management on the development of the work community
- gains leadership skills
- is aware of importance of multicultural team work in work development and learns about its’ specific characteristics
- focuses on the different approaches to work development, managing diversity in team work, organisational culture, and skills needed in leadership.
