8.1.2 INTRODUCTION TO SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT (3 ECTS)

Objectives
The student will become familiar with the main features and aspects of sus-tainable development both worldwide and in his/ her own country and the field of education. He/she will also learn how to use the knowledge about this topic in his/ her work.

The concept of sustainable development
Four dimensions of sustainable development: ecological, economical, so-cial, and cultural perspectives.
