Objectives and Content

Student learns to work in multicultural organizations. Student gets an overview on globalization, ethics and cultural workplace diversity. S/he understands the complexities and importance of the human resources management in an international context, focusing on expatriation. Student learns to compare HRM-aspects between different cultures. S/he learns to manage and coordinate international human resources activities regarding expatriation.
