Objectives and Content

The students will acquaint themselves with Finland as a tourist destination: the regional opportunities, the regional division of tourism and the special features of different regions. Furthermore, the students will become acquainted with the regional opportunities and special features of the Baltic countries.

The students will learn about the maps and their usage in tourism as well as the images tourists have of the destination. The students will become acquainted with the most important geographical models of tourism and the possibilities of their application.
