Objectives and Content:
The students will learn the importance of collaboration between companies and will learn to consider the needs of a multicultural clientele in producing efficient tourism, hotel, and conference services. The students will be able to identify the regional, national, and international co-operative partners. The course will provide the students with knowledge of organizational leadership skills of network enterprises in hospitality management.
