Objectives and Content:
The students will gain insight into the significance of an organization with regard to the production of services and goods. Furthermore, the students will have knowledge of the internal and external structures of organizations and the effect of leadership on business operations. The students will be able to evaluate their own leadership skills with different theories of leadership and will strive to motivate their working society by their own actions.
